WHAT ARE INDIAN MAURITIAN PICKLES?

Indian Mauritian pickles are a pickled food made from a variety of vegetables and fruits preserved in either vinegar, salt, lemon juice, oil and various tasty asian spices. This is best eaten with rice, dhaal, paratha, roti, biriyani but also pretty much anything if you like the spice!

WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS?

We have carefully picked ingredients which highlight great health benefits..

Turmeric: lowers Inflammation in the body, improves blood circulation, provides relief to joint pain, treats skin issues and improves brain health

Ginger: Aids with digestion, alkalizes the body, fights off colds and flus, improves gut health and provides immune support.

HOW LONG DO MY PICKLES LAST?

Store in a cool and dry place.

Once opened, please refrigerate and consume within 6 months!

WHY IS MY GARLIC PICKLE BUBBLING & FIZZING?

If you open your Guilty Garlic Pickle and it is fizzing and bubbling, it is all normal. It is called lacto fermentation in an air tight air. It is all initial and can be used as normal. Mix it up, eat as normal and then place in the fridge - it will stop!

WHY ARE YOU CALLED HOT BELLY PICKLES?

Eating pickles has always given a warmth in our belly and so it just made sense to call it HOT BELLY PICKLES and plus it has a nice ring to it so we couldn't refuse haha :P
